From Monday to Friday (except on Wednesday 18 and on Wednesday 25 when a buffet lunch will be served in the foyer of the conference-room), you'll have the possibility to have lunch in one of the cafeterias of the Paris-Sud University (a full lunch will cost you a bit less than 6,00€). We'll give you the access card to the cafeteria when you check-in at the dorms or when you register at IHES.

If you’d rather buy sandwiches, viennoiserie or pastries… for lunch than to go to the cafeteria of the university, the baker in Bures city center (see map above) is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm
