Description
We call generalized Airy functions particular solutions of the differential equations $f^{(n)}(x) = x^a f(x)$. We show that asymptotic expansions of generalized Airy functions contain coefficients of Givental's R-matrices both for Gromov-Witten invariants of projective spaces and for Witten's r-spin classes.
