Sur le thème « Histoire des maths », nous aurons l'honneur d'accueillir Jean-Baptiste Hiriart-Urruty, professeur émérite, qui nous parlera de l'histoire des mathématiques, en se concentrant particulièrement sur le Sud-Ouest de la France.
Sur le thème « Histoire de vie », nous aurons l'opportunité d'échanger avec des invités qui partageront leurs parcours variés dans la recherche, parmi lesquels Hannelore Derluyn, chargée de recherche CNRS à Pau ; Jeanne Pellerin, responsable de l'intégration géoscientifique chez TotalEnergies à Pau ; et Benoît Loisel, maître de conférences à Poitiers.
Wednesday's half-day will be devoted to the slogan: "Histoire des maths, histoire de vie" (History of maths, stories of life).
On the theme "Histoire des maths," we'll be welcoming Jean-Baptiste Hiriart-Urruty, professor emeritus, who will talk about the history of maths, focusing particularly on the Southwest of France.
On the theme "Histoire de vie," we will have the opportunity to interact with guests who will share their diverse career paths in research, including Hannelore Derluyn, who is a research fellow at CNRS in Pau; Jeanne Pellerin, who is Head of Geoscientific Integration at TotalEnergies in Pau; and Benoit Loisel, who is an associate professor in Poitiers.
