Practical information
Workshop venue
The workshop will start with the registration and lunch buffet in in Building A of Centre Inria de l'Université de Lille, located at 40 Avenue Halley, 59650 Villeneuve-d’Ascq, France.
The workshop will take place in the main conference room in Building B, across the street.
To access Inria, the fastest way is to take the subway at Gare Lille Flandres: go to line 1 (yellow one) in the direction of 4 Cantons Stade Pierre Mauroy, and get out at the last stop.
Inria is located within walking distance of the end of the line, 4 Cantons Stade Pierre Mauroy.
Reusable transport cards can be bought in any subway station, and charged with individual tickets (1.70€/ticket).
Entrance rules
For security reasons, every morning you will be asked to show your ID card at the reception located in Building A. You will then be able to access Building B (across the street) where the workshop will he held in the main conference room, on the ground floor.
Coffee breaks and Lunches
Coffee breaks will be provided at the entrance of the conference room.
At lunchtime, a buffet will be available from 12:30 PM in Building A, ground floor, at the end of the corridor to the left of the reception.
Conference Dinner
Conference dinners will be held at Le Compostelle on Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd, at 7:30 pm.

Le mercredi 1er février, prendre le TGV
Départ 10:52 Paris Nord
Arrivée 12:07 Lille Europe
Puis prendre le métro à Lille Europe, changer à Lille Flandre et descendre au terminus 4 Cantons.
Vous devriez arriver à Inria vers 12h45, pour le buffet.
