INFORMATIONS
La conférence a lieu au Laboratoire de Mathématiques et Applications(LMA) de Poitiers, sur le campus du futuroscope, dans le bâtiment H3. Les Journées Margaux se dérouleront en salle 06, qui est la salle juste en face de la porte d'entrée du bâtiment.
The conference takes place at the Laboratoire de Mathématiques et Applications(LMA) de Poitiers, in te building H3 . The presentations will be given in the conference room, which is the first room in front of the building entrance .
HEBERGEMENT
Vous serez logé à l’hôtel de l’Europe situé dans le centre-ville de Poitiers en chambre twin. Le petit-déjeuner sera servi entre 6h30 et 10h. La chambre est accessible à partir de 15h le lundi après-midi, mais vous pouvez déposer vos bagages à la bagagerie de l’hôtel le matin avant d’arriver au laboratoire.
You will sleep at the hôtel de l’Europe downtown. The rooms are for 2 people. The breakfeast is served between 6:30 and 10:00. The room is available from 15:00 on monday but you can let your luggages at the hostel when you arrive on the morning.
TRANSPORT
TICKETS DE BUS / BUS TICKETS
Il est possible d'acheter des tickets de bus dans les bus, la gare ou à certains arrêts de bus comme celui “Place Lepetit” ou “Gare Léon-Blum”. Vous pouvez également les acheter en avance sur votre smartphone grâce à l’applications VITALIS, vous validerez votre trajet grâce à cette même application. Le prix est de 1,70 euros par ticket environ, le plus avantageux serait d’acheter si vous le souhaitez un pass pour 5 voyages. Gardez bien une preuve d’achat de vos tickets afin que notre gestionnaire Aurore puisse vous remboursez.
You can buy bus tickets at the train station, bus stops such that “Place Lepetit” or “Gare Léon-Blum”. You may buy them in advance on your smartphone with the application "Vitalis" , you can validate you ticket through theis application as well. The price is 1.70 euros per ticket but you may take directly a pass of 5 tickets wich will be cheaper. Don't forget to keep a proof of the buying to be paid off by Aurore.
ACCES ET LOCALISATION / ACCESS AND PLACE
Le campus du Futuroscope est situé à environ 10km du centre-ville de Poitiers. (trajet en bus : 25min environ).
The place of the event is locates at 10 km from dowtown , you will have arround 25 mn of bus to get there from the hotel.
Venir depuis la gare de Poitiers du centre-ville / Coming from the train station :
- Depuis l’arrêt Gare Léon Blum. Il est situé sur la passerelle qui surplombe la gare. accessible depuis la gare par escalators et ascenseurs en traversant le parking Toumaï.
- Prendre la ligne n°1 - (CHU / Champlain - Futuroscope) direction Futuroscope Lycée Pilote.
- Descendre à l’arrêt Gustave Eiffel sur le boulevard Marie et Pierre Curie. Ensuite vous devez traverser la rue et prendre la rue qui descends, le bâtiment est le premier. Si vous avez un doute, en tapant "Laboratoire de Mathématiques et applications" sur maps vous arriverez au bon endroit.

Un dîner au restaurant offert est organisé le mardi soir au restaurant Maurice dans le centre-ville de Poitiers.
