How to come to Aussois

Aussois is a small resort in the french Alps. Except if you intend to come by car you should arrive at Modane train station. From there we shall organize transfers to Aussois or you can book your own transfer. 

By Airplane: 
the closest international airport is Lyon Saint Exupery, but you might try to fly to Chambéry, Geneva, Milano, Paris, or Torino. 


By Train: 
You should arrive at Modane train station. There are direct TGV trains from Paris Gare de Lyon (4h), Lyon Saint-Exupery international airport (2h), Torino central station (1h30) and Milano central station (3h00).

From Paris Charles de Gaulle international airport and from Geneva you have to make at least one change.

By Car: 
take the Alpine highway A43 exit no 30 Modane-Haute Maurienne-Vanoise. Continue on D1006 until Modane. Drive across the town and then turn left in the direction of Aussois on D215. There is a 7 km drive uphill to arrive at the village. 

Transfer from Modane to Aussois: 
If you intend to come from Modane train station to Aussois by your own means, you have the following possibilities.
