Accommodation: All participants (except for those who arrange their own accommodation) are hosted in Adriatico or Galileo Guesthouses on ICTP campus and should have received a personal email with the details.
Coffee Breaks: a coffee break is scheduled from monday to thursday at 3.00pm in front of the Kastler Lecture Hall. No coffee break is scheduled in the morning, but note that you can have a very good coffee at the Adriatico bar.
Lectures: all lectures are scheduled in Kastler Lecture Hall, at the level -1 of Adriatico Building.
Lunch: there are several options, the closest one being the Adriatico Cafeteria, see ictp website for more details.
Meal coupons: distributed to the funded participants when registering on monday morning.
Opening: the conference starts on monday, 9.30am in Kastler Lecture Hall.
Registration: please go to office n°1 at the level -1 of Adriatico Building on monday 8.30-9.30am for registration.
