There will be activities for popularizing mathematics, namely outreach presentations for the general public (pupils from secondary school and young students in science in universities and high schools) as well as some activities to show/explain some applications of mathematics in real life.
Actually, this will be a discovery day of research in number theory and arithmetic geometry.
We plan educational workshops around some mathematical topics, for instance an interesting game which links the Euler’s totient function and the Brussels sprouts.
