Date : December, 16 and 17, 2021
Place : Online.
This conference is part of a series of four similar sessions dedicated to the interactions of AI with other branches of mathematics.
The goal of the session will be to outline the interactions between statistical physics, theoretical probability and AI.
The speakers are :
- Franck Gabriel, Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne
- Marc Lelarge, INRIA
- Yann Ollivier, Facebook Research
- Sandrine Péché, Université Paris Diderot
Additionally to the talks of the conference, there is a colloquium talk by Yann Ollivier titled
"Intelligence artificielle et raisonnement inductif : de la théorie de l'information aux réseaux de neurones"
Titles of talks of the conference:
- Franck Gabriel: "Randomness in Machine Learning: Neural Networks and Random Features"
- Marc Lelarge: "Exploiting Graph Invariants in Deep Learning"
- Yann Ollivier: "Markov chains, optimal control, and reinforcement learning"
- Sandrine Péché: "Non linear random matrix ensembles"
Abstracts are provided with the timetable!
