The development team of the open-source Particle-In-Cell (PIC) code SMILEI is happy to announce the second SMILEI training workshop. This two-day event will take place on March 7-8, 2019 at Maison de la Simulation (Saclay, 20 km south of Paris). It is the perfect opportunity for beginners to learn about PIC simulations in a High-Performance Computing (HPC) environment, and for current users to strengthen their expertise and/or share their feedbacks/needs with the SMILEI community.
- Grech PIC codes
- Vinci Collaborative Infrastructure
- Perez User Interface and post-processing
- Lobet Smilei Parallelism
- Massimo Laser Envelope Model
- Zemzemi Fourier Mode Decomposition
- Siminos Generation of intense subcycle pulses using laser-driven wakes
