Three day meeting in Coimbra to celebrate the relations between Spain - Portugal - France for researchers involved in modeling, numerical analysis and scientific computation.
Funded and supported by the International Research Project (IRP) PICASSO, a French CNRS initiative.

PICASSO stands for "hyPerbolIC models, numerical AnalysiS and Scientific cOmputation", see  https://picasso.math.cnrs.fr/

The common topics between us are wide (and not restricted to)

  • nonlinear Partial Differential Equations (PDEs);
  • high performing numerical schemes;
  • numerical analysis of models;
  • high-performance computing;
  • real-life applications;
  • modeling and simulation of geophysical flows.
