The conference will be held on the Île d'Oléron (France) at the CAES center "La Vieille Perrotine".
Here are some practical information.
Getting to the center
We booked some buses with the structure that will host the conference.
- On Sunday 27th of September 2026 there will be two buses departing from the train station in La Rochelle and going to the center. Please see the image below for the exact departing point.
Schedule:

- Second Bus: 20:30
- On Friday 2nd of October 2026 there will be two buses from the center to the La Rochelle train station.
Schedule:

- First Bus: 11:15
- Second Bus: 13:15
Point of departure at La Rochelle:
Each ride will take approximately 1h30.

Room and board
We will have all meals at the resturant of the "La Vieille Perrotine".
