The theory of resurgence was introduced by Jean Écalle in the 1980s, partially motivated by the study of dynamical systems and differential equations. In the last years, there has been a renewed interest in this theory, with applications ranging from quantum field theory to string theory. More recently, ideas of resurgence have been applied in the context of quantum topology and geometry, and connections are emerging with many important developments in mathematical physics.
The main goal of this workshop is to present some of the recent developments in the field and bring together the connections between quantization and resurgence.
