Before starting your internship, please complete and upload the following documents:
- a copy of your student card
- a copy of your "carte vitale
- a copy of your ID
-a civil liability insurance certificate
- your bank details
- your signed internship agreement ("convention de stage")
- the completed trainee application form ("formulaire demande d'emploi d'un stagiaire" received by e-mail)
- the completed supplier creation form Z002 (received by e-mail)
