Analogues in characteristic p of the Hilbert symbol of order p^n

The p-th Hilbert symbol from characteristic not p has two analogues in characteristic p namely [ -, - ) and the less known ((-, - )). The symbol [ -, - ) generalizes via Witt vectors to an analogue of the p^n-th Hilbert symbol. We prove that ((-, - )) enjoys a similar generalization by means of Weyl algebras and Witt vectors.
