General Information
This two-days workshop is dedicated to machine learning and data processing on networks. We will propose interactive examples of applications (such as network immunisation in epidemiology, inverse problem in neuro-science and multiscale data analysis on graphs...). We also intend to discuss related problems in cellular differenciation analyses based on single-cell measurements.
The program of Thursday, the 5th, includes a lecture by Pierre Vandergheynst, EPFL, Lausanne on the basics of signal processing on graphs to recent developpments on machine learning on graphs.
On Friday, the 6th, we will explore the scaling properties of Kirchhoff rooted spanning forests, with their applications through the FoSFor toolbox (Forest Screening For ...) to multiresolution analysis on graphs and to network immunisation.
