Glioblastoma (GBM), the most aggressive form of brain cancer, exhibits marked intertumoral heterogeneity and a strong capacity to adapt to environmental stresses, making its treatment particularly challenging. This presentation aims to introduce various mathematical models of the migratory behavior of glioblastoma cells under different stress conditions (hypoxia, nutrient deprivation, chemotherapy), exploring the interaction dynamics between tumor subpopulations and their implications for treatment resistance.
