A HOMFLY-type invariant for integral homology 3-spheres

We construct an invariant for an integral homology 3-sphere which is an element of Q[ρ][[h]]. This invariant and the HOMFLY polynomial, which is an invariant for links, are equivalent to the collection of quantum invariants for integral homology 3-spheres associated with the Lie algebra sl(n).
