Description

In this talk, I'll present a few interdisciplinary research projects I'm involved in. They take place in two main domains: biology and sports. For the biology, I'll present the mixOmics R package. It's dedicated to addressing the integration of heterogeneous data coming from high throughput bio-technologies. For the sports, I'll mention the works, past, present and future, around three PhD thesis where the keywords are winning strategies in rugby; detecting contacts using GPS tracking data; sociology and sports.
