      Examples of supersymmetric field theories

      Multiplicative sections of a CA-groupoid

abstract: The talk is about the algebraic structure of the category of multiplicative sections of a CA-groupoid, which are known as multiplicative Courant algebroids. We will show that this category has the structure of a 2-term strongly homotopy Leibniz algebra, which, in the case of exact CA-groupoids, is invariant under Morita equivalence. This is joint work with Cristian Ortiz and Clarice Netto.

Enumerative Geometry and supersymmetric gauge theory

      (séminaire physmath)

abstract: Supersymmetric gauge theories have led to remarkable interactions between quantum field theory and enumerative geometry. In this talk, I will start with an overview of the physics idea and discuss what kind of enumerative invariants arise in this context. I will then present a new result on the (K-theoretic) I-function, which is seen as a generating function of the Gromov-Witten invariants via the mirror symmetry, together with its relation to integrable systems.

Orateur: Taro Kimura (Université Bourgogne Europe)
