Stabilization of a fluid-structure interaction system

 In this talk, we present the analysis of a stabilization problem arising in a fluid-structure interaction system coupling the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations with an Euler-Bernoulli equation. In the first part, after introducing the model and the stabilization problem, we discuss some aspects of the regularity of the solutions to the system. We then present and discuss the strategy used to stabilize the system. Finally, we describe the numerical strategy employed and present numerical simulations.
