- The study of complex manifolds uses techniques coming from differential geometry, complex analysis, and algebraic geometry. The goal of this talk is to present the Kodaira embedding theorem, which shows how these different fields can interact. We will also provide some examples of how to apply analytic techniques to obtain algebraic results.
