A Belyi-type criterion for vector bundles on curves defined over a number field

Let X be a smooth projective curve defined over the algebraic closure

of the field of rational numbers and X' its base change to the complex numbers.
 

Given a vector bundle E over X',  we give a criterion for E to be a vector bundle on X. This is a joint work with S. Gurjar.
