DESCRIPTION:This event is a face to face Workshop that will be held at Mai
 son de la Simulation June the 8th from 9am till 4:30pm. The workshop is r
 estricted to 30 participants.  HQI (France Hybrid Quantum Initiative) is
  an integrated initiative. It combines a hybrid computing platform couplin
 g several quantum technologies with GENCI’s Joliot Curie supercomputer a
 t TGCC (Très Grand Centre de Calcul du CEA)\, an Inria- and CEA-led resea
 rch programme – both academic and industrial – and the dissemination o
 f uses. This hybrid quantum/HPC project is an innovative and unique initia
 tive\, which will allow French and European academic and industrial resear
 chers to evaluate the potential of quantum computing for their application
 s free of charge on a public infrastructure. It also aims to develop inter
 national collaborations to promote open research. HQI is happy to invite 
 you to participate in a full-day workshop to discover and get your hands o
 n CUDA Quantum\, NVIDIA’s new framework for hybrid HPC and quantum compu
 ting. On this occasion\, you will be able to have direct discussions with 
 the people who are developing the framework and will thus have the opportu
 nity to provide direct feedback. After a presentation of the NVIDIA CUDA 
 Quantum environment\, the Nvidia team will help you set it up through a si
 mple example. They will introduce a basic example to demonstrate basic fun
 ctionalities of the tool on a familiar example to make sure it runs for al
 l participants. Advanced examples will then be demonstrated to the audienc
 e\, to continue exploring further features. Attendees will be able to spen
 d some time working on their own project\, with some support from the Nvid
 ia team. In order to keep the experience smooth for all participants\, th
 e number of seats is very restricted. Don’t forget to register to get yo
