DESCRIPTION:Submit a programme proposal / Soumettre une proposition de pro
 gramme\n[EN]\nIf you wish to submit a thematic programme proposal\, kindly
  follow the guidelines indicated below.\nAvailable slots for 2029:\nT1 (Ja
 nuary-March) - short programmes (four or six weeks)\nThe aim of thematic p
 rogrammes\nThe thematic programmes provide in-depth coverage on a cutting-
 edge research topic over a period of four weeks or six weeks (short progra
 mmes) and 12 weeks (long programmes). The Institut Henri Poincaré welcome
 s all fields of mathematics\, theoretical physics and computer science\, f
 rom theory to practical applications\, and is also open to other interface
 s such as mathematical biology.\nThe Institut Henri Poincaré is committed
  to address the gender balance issue and to contribute to improve diversit
 y. Therefore\, proposals must pay attention to involving a sensible gender
  ratio and to ensuring equal opportunity for speakers\, participants\, and
  in both the organising committee and the scientific committee.\nHow to ap
 ply\nWe invite you to submit a 3- to 10-page proposal comprising:\n\nthe 
 title and acronym of the proposal\na list of the organising committee
  members with at least a local one.\na list of the scientific committee me
 mbers\nthe international context\, scientific impact and interdisciplinary
  character\nthe structure of the programme: one workshop for short program
 mes\, maximum 3 wokshops for long programmes\, lectures\, seminars\, gener
 al public lectures\, etc.\na list of sources of external funding\na list o
 f prospective speakers and participants with their academic affiliation an
 d gender\nIntroductive school (for 6 and 12 week programs): a separate pro
 posal for one week doctoral school at the beginning of the programme (to b
 e hosted by CIRM\, Marseille or IESC\, Cargèse or École des Houches or I

  des programmes thématiques est de développer\, sur une période de quat
 re ou six semaines (programmes courts) et 12 semaines (programmes longs)\,
  une réflexion approfondie autour d'un sujet de recherche de pointe. Tous
  les domaines des mathématiques\, de la physique théorique et de l'infor
 matique\, des aspects les plus fondamentaux aux plus appliqués\, sont les
  bienvenus à l'Institut Henri Poincaré\, qui souhaite aussi s'ouvrir ver
 s la biologie mathématique.\nL'IHP s'engage sur les questions de parité 
 et de diversité. Aussi les projets soumis devront tendre à un équilibre
  entre les hommes et les femmes ainsi qu'à une représentation variée de
 s nationalités dans les listes d'intervenants et de participants potentie
 ls comme dans les compositions de comités (comité d'organisation et comi
 té scientifique).\nComment postuler :\nLes organisateurs sont invités à
  soumettre un projet (de 3 à 10 pages maximum) incluant :\n\nLe titre du 
 projet et son acronyme\nune liste des membres du comité organisateur comp
 renant au moins un membre local.\nLa composition du comité scientifique\n
 Le contexte international\, la portée scientifique et le caractère inter
 disciplinaire\nLa structure du programme: un workshop d'une semaine pour l
 es programmes courts\, 3 workshops maximum pour les programmes longs\, des
  séminaires\, des cours\, des conférences grand public\, etc.\n Une lis
 te des sources de financement extérieur.\nUne liste d'intervenants et de 
 participants potentiels avec leur affiliation académique et leur genre\nE
 cole introductive : Un projet separé pour une école doctorale d'une sema
 ine en début de programme (au CIRM\, Marseille ou à l'IESC\, Cargèse ou
