Description
Multidisciplinary approaches are now common in scientific research and provide multiple and heterogeneous sources of measures of a given phenomenon. These sources can be viewed as a collection of interconnected datasets and dedicated algorithms are mandatory for providing relevant information from multi-source data. Regularized Generalized Canonical Correlation Analysis (RGCCA) is a general statistical framework for multi-source data analysis. In this presentation, RGCCA will be described then applied for combining physico-chemical and sensory data.
