DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Yurii Zhuravlov (Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretica
 l Physics\, Kyiv\, Ukraine)\n\nI will discuss a finite-temperature deforma
tion of the sine kernel Fredholm determinants acting on the closed contou
rs. These types of expressions usually appear as static two-point correla
tion functions in the models of free fermions and can be equivalently pre
sented in terms of Toeplitz determinants. The corresponding symbol\, or t
he phase shift\, is related to the temperature weight. We present an elem
entary way to obtain large-distance asymptotic behavior even when the pha
se shift has a non-zero winding number. It is done by deforming the orig
inal kernel to the so-called effective form factors kernel that has a com
pletely solvable matrix Riemann-Hilbert problem. This allows us to find e
xplicitly the resolvent and address the subleading corrections. We will r
ecover Szego\, Hartwig and Fisher\, and Borodin-Okounkov asymptotic formu
 las.\n\nhttps://indico.math.cnrs.fr/event/17546/
