DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Chris Woodward\n\nMirror symmetry is a conjectural d
uality betweensymplectic and algebraic geometry. In particular\, mirror sy
mmetryassigns to many integrable systems a complex manifold with potential
function\; recent adiabatic techniques have made the computation ofthese p
otentials much more accessible. I will talk about how thesecomputations lo
ok for integrable systems arising hundreds of yearsago\, for example spher
ical pendulum\; the cubic surface or theGrassmannian.   In the last few m
inutes I will try to mention somerecent work (joint with Xiao) on the cate
gorical version of mirrorsymmetry for Grassmannians.\n\nhttps://indico.mat
