DESCRIPTION:General Information\nThis two-days workshop is dedicated to ma
 chine learning and data processing on networks. We will propose interactiv
 e examples of applications (such as network immunisation in epidemiology\,
  inverse problem in neuro-science and multiscale data analysis on graphs..
 .). We also intend to discuss related problems in cellular differenciation
  analyses based on single-cell measurements.\nThe program of Thursday\, th
 e 5th\, includes a lecture by Pierre Vandergheynst\, EPFL\, Lausanne on th
 e basics of signal processing on graphs to recent developpments on machine
  learning on graphs.\nOn Friday\, the 6th\, we will explore the scaling pr
 operties of Kirchhoff rooted spanning forests\, with their applications th
 rough the FoSFor toolbox (Forest Screening For ...) to multiresolution ana
