 n\nI will present new results concerning upper and lower bounds on the dia
 meter of random sections of convex bodies. The parameters can be computed 
 very explicitly in the case of p-ellipsoids (images of B_p^n​ under a di
 agonal transformation) as a function of the "axes" lengths. I will discuss
  challenges arising from Information-Based Complexity (IBC) Theory and exp
