 singularity of dimension 2\, their linear combinations define a pencil of 
 curves on the singular surface. Generically\, these curves have the same t
 opology\; it changes only for certain linear combinations. We describe the
  values ​​that produce these changes in terms of the pencil's resoluti
 on.\nThis work is an extension\, to the case of surfaces that are not nece
 ssarily normal\, of results known for normal singularities of surfaces.\nT
