DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Tristan Bullion-Gauthier\, Eliot Kahan\n\nWe want to
connect two norms with a "curve" that has convexity properties (one of ou
r goals being to estimate the norms in the "middle"). One way to achieve t
his is by the real and complex interpolation methods. In this presentation\
, we will first discuss classical results in analysis that motvated these
two methods. We will then move on to a more abstract framework allowing us
to define these "curves" and to study their properties. Finally\, we will
describe the finite dimensional case and present an interpretation of tha
t curve from a geometric point of view.\n\nhttps://indico.math.cnrs.fr/eve
