Description
Take a daisy and tear its petals, saying each of the following phrases each time a petal is torn : I love you a little, a lot, passionately, madly, not at all, a little, a lot... and let your luck do the rest.
But is this luck doing good ? Flowers being part of nature, the number of petals is not random : it of course a Fibonnacci number.
The question becomes : how does the Fibonacci sequence behaves modulo 5, modulo 7, or modulo 17047 ? A seamingly easy problem revealing mathematics not so down to earth.
