DESCRIPTION:Based on the foundational works of Joseph Fels Ritt and Ellis 
 Robert Kolchin\, differential algebra has evolved into an extremely rich s
 ubject during the last two decades. Differential Algebra and Related Topic
 s (DART) is a series of workshops which offer an opportunity for participa
 nts to present original research\, to learn of research progress and new d
 evelopments\, and to exchange ideas and views on differential algebra and 
 related topics.\nThe topics will include\, but will not necessarily be lim
 ited to:\n\n\nElimination theory for differential and difference equations
 .\n\n\nGalois theory of differential and difference equations.\n\n\nApplic
 ations to combinatorics.\n\n\nApplications of model theory in differential
