  \n[EN]\nNEW\nYou would like to organise a conference at the Institut Hen
 ri Poincaré.\nYour research activity is focused on a topical subject.\nTh
 e Institut Henri Poincaré can offer financial support and/or different ki
 nds of space to welcome your conference.\nWARNING: Selection for Conferenc
 es happens twice a year. Deadlines to submit application are May 15th for 
 conference between January and June N+1\, and October 15th for confernce b
 etween July and December N+1.\nHow to apply - Required conditions\nThe pro
 posed project will not exceed four pages\, stating:\n\nThe scientific titl
 e\nThe dates of the conference\nThe names of the organisers\, their email 
 addresses and institutions of affiliation\nThe abstract of the conference\
 nThe planning of the conference\nThe preliminary list of speakers\nThe sci
 entific motivation\nEstimated number of participants\nAn estimate of the o

 s\nDecisions are made at the twice-yearly meetings of the Scientific Advis
 ory Board (SAB) in June and November. The SAB will then make recommendatio
 ns\, and you will receive notification of the outcome from the Direction.\

 TTENTION : La sélection pour une conférence a lieu deux fois par an. Les
  dates limites de dépôt des candidatures sont le 15 mai pour une confér
 ence entre janvier et juin N+1\, et le 15 octobre pour une conférence ent
 re juillet et décembre N+1.\nComment postuler\nLes candidats sont invité
 s à déposer une proposition de conférence (4 pages maximum) incluant :\

 sateurs\, leurs adresses courriels et leurs affiliations\nUn résumé de l
 a conférence\nLe planning de la conférence\nLa liste préliminaires des 
 orateurs\nLes critères scientifiquement motivés étayant le projet\nEsti
