DESCRIPTION:We study the asymptotic behavior of scalar conservation laws w
 ith local side constraints. Our aim is to construct boundary feedback laws
  that globally stabilize G-solutions of scalar conservation laws around a 
 given stationary solution. To that end\, we will extend the notion of gene
 ralized characteristics to G-solutions. In the context of vehicular traffi
 c\, this leads to stabilize the traffic flow using fixed bottlenecks (toll
 s) around a given target function.  Simulations using adapted Godunov sch
