DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Valentin Ovsienko (CNRS\, Reims)\n\n\nThe notion of 
 $q$-deformed rational numbers was introduced in our work with Sophie Morie
 r-Genoud. I will explain the relationships between $q$-rationals and the t
 heory of dimer models. I will also discuss a natural $q$-deformation of th
 e classical Markov numbers.\n\n \nThe talk will be elementary and accessi
