DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Nourddine Azzaoui (Laboratoire de Mathématique Blai
se Pascal - UCA)\, Tomoko Matsui (The Institute of Statistical Mathematics
)\n\n\nAI-Driven Statistical & Machine Learning Approaches for Cutting-Edg
e Natural Hazard Risk Assessment\n\n \nThis workshop aims at promoting in
teractions and knowledge exchange in statistical learning\, machine learni
ng\, and intelligent systems. Following the success of previous edition (h
eld in 2023\, https://indico.math.cnrs.fr/event/10805/)\, this event will
gather researchers and students from diverse fields to present recent adva
ncements\, discuss innovative methods\, and explore practical applications
in Artificial Intelligence. Special emphasis will be placed on bridging t
heoretical insights and practical implementations for natural risk managem
ents and control. Topics in  statistical modelling\, remote sensing\, Art
ificial intelligence in complex system will be discussed. The workshop wil
l also highlight the importance of international collaboration\, with acti
ve contributions from researchers at Tohoku University and the Institute o
f Statistical Mathematics (ISM) in Japan. Researchers from UCA\, UGA and U
SMB Chambery will participate alongside their Japanese counterparts. Addit
ionally\, a dedicated session for student presentations will provide young
researchers a platform to share their work. Invited keynote presentations
will complement theoretical discussions\, enhancing participant engagemen
t and providing valuable networking opportunities. \n\nhttps://indico.math
