 talk\, I will present optimal regularity results for geodesics connecting 
 two smooth\, strictly convex functions. I will also explore the regularity
  theory within the $C^{1\,\\alpha}$ framework. Finally\, I will discuss th
 e regularity of geodesics joining two toric\, strictly plurisubharmonic fu
