Gravitational S-matrix from infinite-dimensional symmetries

In this talk, I will present recent developments that have unveiled universal relationships between asymptotic symmetries in gravity, QFT scattering amplitudes, and low energy observables. In light of this, I will describe the framework of celestial holography, which aims at defining the quantum gravity S-matrix from symmetry organizing principles.
